True North Power Yoga is a modern power yoga studio in Herndon, VA, located at 2334 Silver Arrow Way in the Arrowbrook Center, near Paris Baguette. Our brand new studio opened on December 31, 2025, offering a thoughtfully designed yoga space for students across Northern Virginia (NoVA), including Reston, Ashburn, Sterling, and Falls Church.

Our Herndon yoga studio features a beautiful, contemporary practice space with hardwood floors and ambient lighting, designed to support both energizing power yoga and deeply restorative yin classes. The studio includes a welcoming lounge area, private changing rooms, showers, secure lockers for valuables, open cubbies, blow dryers, and filtered water bottle filling stations and fountains for convenience and comfort.

True North Power Yoga is easily accessible for students traveling from Reston and Ashburn, as well as Sterling, Falls Church, Fairfax, Centreville, Great Falls, Chantilly, McLean, Vienna, and Alexandria. We offer free parking in the Arrowbrook Center, including a parking garage and surface parking, making arrival simple and stress-free.

Amenities

  • Parking is easy and free at True North Power Yoga. Our Arrowbrook Center location offers both a parking garage and surface parking (extra near our neighbor Hello 2 India) for students, with plenty of available spaces just steps from the studio.

  • We offer smalls lockers meant for valuables at our studio. These lockers have combination locks you create on the spot, no need to bring locks.

  • We have an open unisex cubbie area for changing and storing items, we also have private change rooms located near our showers.

  • We have an extra large water heating tank to supply our three showers for that extra clean feeling after a good hot sweaty yoga session. The showers are located in the same area as our private changing rooms.

  • Two unisex bathrooms available.

  • We have two combo water fountain/bottle filling stations located in the cubbie change room section of our studio.

  • We offer mat, yoga towel, and shower towel rentals.
